Monica Diaz, originally from Peru, immigrated to the United States in 1990 with a dream of building a better future. Armed with a degree in Business Administration, she embarked on a successful 13-year career in banking and finance, where she developed deep expertise in client relations, risk management, and financial strategy.

Throughout her career, Monica’s dedication and professionalism earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor and a leader who consistently delivered results. Driven by a passion for helping others and an entrepreneurial spirit, Monica made a meaningful transition into the insurance industry. She founded FSC Public Adjusters, a firm focused on advocating for policyholders and ensuring they receive fair and just property claim settlements. Monica’s work in this field is characterized by empathy, integrity, and a genuine commitment to supporting homeowners and businesses during their most challenging times.

​In addition to her leadership in insurance, Monica is also the proud owner of Moncafé, a cozy and vibrant coffee bar that celebrates community, culture, and meaningful conversations. Monica is a devoted mother of three, who inspires her every day to lead with resilience, integrity, and purpose.
