Lorena Ruiz, a proud Spaniard–Puerto Rican, is a passionate servant leader and advocate currently serving as Community Liaison at FASTSIGNS Daytona. With a strong background in early childhood education, nonprofit leadership, and National advocacy, Lorena brings a human-centered, empathetic approach to her work—focusing on impact, inclusion, and collaboration. Guided the belief that “when we dedicate ourselves to serving those who can offer us nothing in return, the legacy we leave is not ours to claim—it is the work of a higher power,” she builds meaningful bridges between business and community.

Lorena is especially passionate about engaging underserved populations and developing FASTSIGNS’ “Summer of Design and Mentoring” internship, empowering youth through creative expression and professional growth. Beyond her role at FASTSIGNS, Lorena serves on the Board of the Volusia Recovery Alliance, championing recovery and mental health initiatives. She also supports Hispanic entrepreneurship and joined the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida’s Junior Board in 2025. Her work has earned accolades including the Rising Star Award, Teacher of the Year, and recognition as a two-time iLatina nominees.
