Jose Goire
​Board Member

Jose Goire is a seasoned operations leader with over 20 years of experience across the nonprofit, commercial, and healthcare sectors. Originally from the Bronx, New York, he has made Florida his home since 2006. Jose began his career at the Museum of Arts and Sciences, where he served nearly a decade as Director of Operations, managing departments including Security, Finance, Events, Retail, and Marketing. He later joined Washington Prime Group Inc., overseeing operations at three Central Florida shopping centers.

In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Jose transitioned into healthcare, becoming Director of Operations at Florida Health Care Plans, where he leads with a focus on efficiency, service excellence, and organizational resilience. Jose earned an A.A. in Business Management, a B.S. in Criminal Justice, and a Master of Public Administration, all from the University of Phoenix. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Leadership and Organizational Management, researching 21st-century leadership and the vital role of diversity and inclusion in business.

​Committed to community service, Jose serves on the Board of Directors for Government Affairs with the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida and is an active member of the Rotary Club of DeBary, Deltona, and Orange City. In his free time, he enjoys reading, research, and travel. Whether leading operations or engaging in civic initiatives, Jose brings integrity, innovation, and a passion for building stronger, more inclusive communities.
