Jesús A. Ortiz Vázquez is a bilingual healthcare leader with over 20 years of experience in provider operations, data analytics, and network development across major managed care organizations. Known for his strategic problem-solving and performance-driven mindset, Jesús transforms data into action and relationships into measurable outcomes.

As Senior Network Program Specialist at UnitedHealth Group, he leads initiatives that strengthen provider network analysis, ensure data accuracy, and improve reporting strategies. His work enhances operational efficiency and access to quality care for diverse communities across Central Florida and beyond. Jesús is also the founder of ActivaMente, a faith-based initiative supporting Hispanic seniors in Central Florida. Through monthly events focused on education, wellness, and connection, ActivaMente promotes mental and emotional well-being, combats isolation, and redefines aging with dignity and purpose. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from American University and continues to grow his skills in data visualization, business process improvement, and community outreach.
