Rodriguez, originally from the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, holds deep respect and gratitude for his beloved uncle—the man who raised him and whose profound wisdom and guidance have shaped his path and core values from a young age. This foundation has inspired Franklin to pursue a life centered on family, community, and personal growth. His greatest blessings are his loving wife, Yoliana Matos, and their two wonderful children, Franklin Jr. and Leslie. They are the heart and soul of everything he does, providing unwavering motivation that drives all his efforts and ambitions.

​Beyond being the proud owner of Deltona Auto Parts, Franklin is deeply committed to making a positive impact in the community he calls home. As a proud member of Rotary International, he dedicates his time and energy to fostering meaningful change through various community initiatives. One of his most passionate involvements is with the group developing the transformative 212 program—a vital initiative offering young adults a second chance at education. This program helps participants earn their high school diploma while simultaneously gaining valuable trade certifications, empowering them with the skills and opportunities needed to build brighter, more promising futures.
